Overall we enjoyed our time.

The breakfast and the Dinner were amazing and the staff were very nice and attentive. There was security persons everywhere which made us feel safe, also the hotel was only limited to the guests only.

There was no WIFI in the rooms, only in the reception and restaurant.

Great view but poor breakfast and room cleanliness could use some work.

Location was amazing, the view in the Sea view rooms is awesome and the beach was also amazing.

Breakfast was really bad and there is no option to book without breakfast. The room cleanliness needs a lot of work. The amenities are not the best either - for this price i expected a bit more from the hotel TBH. Additionally the room service food is too poor for the prices they had - the quality was very poor.

The view is excellent and the staff are pretty friendly. overall it was an enjoyable stay

The hotel is of average quality. Not as I expected. Its quality is suitable for the 1990s, not 2023. . The restaurant is not of the required quality and there is no variety in food. It is very strange that there is no coffee available in the restaurant, only Nescafe. There are no services near the swimming pools. I mean a cafeteria.

It was a bad experience to me by using this hotel... Really everything is poor and bad... Poor cleaning poor breakfast poor staff in the reception. I don't advice anyone to book in this hotel. The hotel need to be renovated. It's not money value and really feel sad to book this hotel.

Good stay, but I would look for another location when I want to enjoy the beach.

The view of the sea was amazing. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The main pool was very large and not crowded.

The other heated pool was not heated and needs renovation. The beach is small and full of sharp coral and rocks. I would not walk down to the beach again, it's far to go for sharp stones. It might be worth it if you are going to rent a jet ski or go on the banana boat.

They gave me 2 cards to use for towels at the swimming pool...

They gave me 2 cards to use for towels at the swimming pool and beach. I gave the cards to the staff to use the towels. I used it and left the towls at the pool. When checking out, the receptionist asked me about the towel cards. I told him that I gave the cards at the pool. He told me either to return the cards back or to pay 100 for each lost card!!!!!

It is still a nice place but not as the photos promise and for sure very overpriced.

The location is very nice, just one hour from Cairo The beach is nice and clean Nice swimming pools... I specially liked the heated pool It is a part of a bigger project so you can find other facilities like supermarket, restaurants and pharmacy.

I was expecting from the photos that I will have a room at a higher floor and a full view of the sea but discovered that the entire hotel is just one floor just above the cafés. The room does have a sea view but has also all the noise of the cafes and the highway. When I was booking I got also the impression that the hotel has a direct access to the sea but in fact the highway is in between and you have to cross via a bridge. So overpriced... the quality of the room, the lobby were very average, I would rate it as three stars not five. The breakfast was five stars though.

Make sure you go to sokhna when the season is right otherwise its not a great place in my opinion.

Location was great and i beleive this is the only hotel there so no other options.

I went in a bad time.. off season so as soon as i checked in, i changed my mind and asked to cancel as i will be going back to Cairo. First they resisted and said that my payment will not be refunded. Then they said they will refund only 1 night (i was staying 2 nights) in the end when they so that i am upset about it they agreed to refund 50% of the second night..

Staff at reception were friendly and helpful

The first impression is really disappointing, when you step in the reception you feel like it is just 1 star hotel , rooms are completely outdated , we booked two nights but we had to drive back home after two hours !. not recommended at all , you better find somewhere else .
